Katy Perry acquires a ‘Penthouse’ in Los Angeles for a reported $11 million.

Katy Perry is contemplating an exit from “American Idol,” but she remains a true “California Girl,” having recently finalized the purchase of an $11 million home in Los Angeles’s Sierra Towers.

The 38-year-old pop star acquired a “junior penthouse” at the Hollywood Hills skyscraper just last week. Public records reveal that the purchase was made through a limited liability company sharing an Encino, California, address with another LLC of which she serves as the director. Interestingly, her eponymous shoe collection is also registered to the same address.
